Do Wet Sounds products come with a warranty?
Yes, every marine stereo system purchased from an authorised Wet Sounds retailer comes with a two-year limited warranty. This covers repairs and replacements that fall within the stipulated terms of our warranty policy. Please refer to our warranty information page for more information.

Do you ship Wet Sounds products across Australia?
Yes, we do! We have a vast nationwide dealer network, meaning we can ship a marine sound system to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Perth, Adelaide and beyond.

What should I do if my product is damaged during shipping?
While both our team and the freight carriers we partner with make every effort to ship your boat sound system on time and in good condition, we are not liable for any damage the system incurs during shipping. Unless agreed to and paid for, all boat stereo systems will be shipped without additional insurance and any approved compensation will be limited to $50. It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase insurance to protect against loss or damage.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Returns and exchanges will not be possible if the box is damaged or if the original package has been opened. Wet Sounds Australia will only issue refunds or exchange any boat stereo system purchased from us if:
• The system is still inside its original boxed packaging
• The original box hasn’t been damaged
• The packaging seals have not been broken
• The system is in a resalable condition -

Do you offer installation services?
No, we do not offer boat music system installation services. Our customers will have to install their purchased boat speakers themselves or arrange for professional installation.

Can I use a car audio system on my boat instead?
There are some car audio systems in Australia that are suitable for installation on a boat. However, car audio systems are only good in small spaces. If you’re planning on sailing in a lake or in the ocean, you will need a purpose-made boat audio system that’s able to produce sound loud enough for people as far as 30-feet away to hear. Specialised boat systems are also designed to withstand wet conditions.
